Little Bukit Farm is a serene organic farm nestled in the hills of Ko Kaeo, Phuket. Founded by Joe Sanya and Melinda Briend-Marchal during the pandemic, it embodies sustainable living with free-range animals, organic produce, and handmade goat cheese. The farm offers a unique farm-to-table dining experience in collaboration with Rosewood Phuket, featuring a seven-course degustation dinner crafted from seasonal ingredients grown on-site. Guests can enjoy a guided tour, interact with friendly animals, and savor dishes like herb-roasted chicken and spirulina tagliatelle, all in a rustic outdoor setting. Visits are by reservation only, providing an intimate and educational escape into nature.
